Steve graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), specializing in Finance. While in undergraduate studies, he was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, an academic honors organization that recognizes top students in business. After graduating, Steve joined the United States Marine Corps, served as a logistics officer, and successfully completed a deployment to Afghanistan in 2012. Steve left the service in 2013 to pursue his passion for business, having attained the rank of Captain. After leaving the military, he cofounded a commercial finance firm specializing in providing real estate and business debt, and equipment financing solutions for financially challenged individuals, businesses, and projects. Thru this experience, Steve discovered a passion for real estate and moved forward to working on residential and commercial development projects with total investment capitalizations of more than $100,000,000.00. Additionally, he successfully invested in, managed, and sold a high-volume restaurant.
Steve has always believed that academics and theory are just as important as real application and has committed to a lifetime of learning and self-improvement. He successfully completed the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) curriculum, and more recently earned a Master’s Degree in real estate development and finance from Georgetown University.
Overall, thru dedicated study and boots on the ground experience, Steve has developed a valuable perspective on success and failure in business, investing, and real estate. He has worked on both sides of the deal and served in a variety of executive, leadership, and staff roles. Steve knows the value of hard work, how to focus on what matters most, and what it takes to really succeed.
