As a researcher and an expert in marketing, I find myself strong in analyzing business strategies and identifying possible courses of action. I have experience with small business operations. I have worked with different public, non-profit and private educational institutions as a lecturer, researcher and in different administration positions. I worked in operations, marketing and quality standards units in these institutions. I have long years of teaching experience in marketing. My teaching areas include services marketing, customer relationship management, advertising, social media marketing and strategic marketing.
