I’m an entrepreneur at heart. I’m here to help you start or grow your business. I’ve been in your shoes having sought the help of SCORE when I first started my business. I’ve seen a lot in my 20+ years since that I can draw on to help you navigate the entrepreneurial journey. My areas of expertise include: product development, sourcing and manufacturing, licensing, physical retail, e-commerce, tourism, overnight rentals, conventions, event planning, finance, cash flow, corporate structure, tax planning and public relations.

With 20 years of real world, day to day, experience of owning and operating an independent business I have the awareness and the knowledge to help support, grow and guide other business owners. Starting as a small showroom and, 20 years later, growing to a top destination design center for industry professionals I have the track record and credentials to help mentor others. I’m looking to share my time and help guide others through the process to success.

I am well-equipped to help clients in leadership, employee engagement/retention, onboarding, training and development, mindset coaching, social media platform setup, and strategic planning. I've also provided online instructional training, facilitated group discussions, and conducted train-the-trainer sessions. My coaching experience extends to mentoring senior-level leaders and military professionals, supported by certification and extensive coaching hours.

I can help guide the decision from full-time employee to full-time entrepreneur. I have over 20yrs experience in Operations & Account Management, 5yrs experience in Manufacturing & Distribution, and 4yrs of successfully building my brand as an Entrepreneur.
